Payment Types:
- Credit card payments (MasterCard, Visa and American Express) are accepted through the online registration system.
- If you wish to pay by check, wire or ACH transfer please download the registration form from the event website and follow the instructions listed under Method of Payment.
- For multiple registrations being paid by check or wire transfer, please ensure that you complete a registration form for each registrant as applicable. Failure to do so will delay the processing of your registration for the event.
Important Notice About Taxation:
- In compliance with regulations, a 21% VAT tax will be charged to all attendees, regardless of your country of origin. If you have a VAT number or if the company or organization you are affiliated with has a VAT number or equivalent tax registration number, please enter while completing registration.
- Please observe that the stated VAT number needs to be valid. Follow the link to check and validate your VAT number.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- Requests received by 31 December by 11:59 pm EST will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
- Requests received between 1 January and 4 March will be subject to a 50% fee.
- Cancellations received after 4 March will be non-refundable, except in cases of documented medical emergencies. Acceptable documentation includes: a letter from a physician or telehealth provider indicating the reason for inability to travel. A photo of a positive COVID-19 test does not constitute medical documentation.
- Refunds will not be issued for no shows unless covered by the medical emergency exception above.
Meeting Cancellation: RAPS reserves the right to cancel any conference at its sole discretion, whereupon all registration fees will be refunded within seven business days. RAPS is not responsible for any costs incurred due to a cancellation, including travel and lodging.
Capture and Use of a Person’s Likeness
By registering for this RAPS Event, you grant full permission to RAPS to capture, store, use, and/or reproduce your image or likeness, photograph, voice, and comments, and use such content in any and all media or forms by RAPS or third parties without compensation or notice, including for promotional or advertising purposes. You also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the images, recordings, or materials. By registering, you release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless RAPS from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the images, recordings or materials, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity or copyright infringement, or any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form that may occur or be produced in taking, processing, reduction or production of the finished product, its publication or distribution.
Data Use Policy
By registering for this event, you provide consent that your profile will be stored with RAPS and shared with processors for the purpose of doing business with RAPS. You consent to receiving announcements from RAPS and understand that you can opt-out at any time by contacting RAPS.
You are aware that your name and mailing address will be provided to event exhibitors and company and title may be shared with speakers and that you may opt out of communications with them at any time by contacting them directly.

RAPS Convergence Code of Conduct
RAPS is dedicated to creating a safe, productive and welcoming forum for all participants—members, volunteers, registrants, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, staff, technology partners and solutions providers — to engage with one another during our in-person and online events.
As regulatory professionals, we have the professional and ethical responsibility to maintain the highest professional conduct standards and embody the RAPS Code of Ethics in our words, actions, and deeds. Consequences for unacceptable behavior may include dismissal from the event.
RAPS has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination or harassment, including but not limited to sexual harassment by participants or our staff at our meetings. If you witness unacceptable behavior, please contact RAPS staff as soon as possible.
Unacceptable Behavior is defined as:
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
- Verbal abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, RAPS staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest.
- Examples of verbal abuse include, but are not limited to, verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, national origin, inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or in presentations, or threatening or stalking any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, RAPS staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest.
- Disruption of presentations, expo hall exchanges or networking events in-person or across a virtual platform.
- Presentations, postings, and messages should not contain promotional materials, special offers, job offers, product announcements, or solicitation for services. RAPS reserves the right to remove such messages and potentially ban sources of those solicitations.
- Participants should not copy or take screen shots of Q&A or any chat room activity that takes place in-person or virtually.
