Registration
Register any time before the event. Please be aware that if you register only a few hours before the event, you may not receive the Zoom access information in time. If this is the case, contact the RAPS Solutions Team at +1 301 770 2920 ext. 200 or email raps@raps.org for the Zoom meeting ID and passcode.
- Please be advised that registration is valid solely for the individual registrant. Access will be terminated if multiple users are found sharing a single account.
Cancellation/Refund
RAPS may cancel a program at its discretion and is not liable for any travel or other costs incurred due to cancellation.
To transfer a registration, send an email to raps@raps.org with the event title, original registrant's name, and the new attendee's contact information.
Access Information
- Webcasts
After registering, you'll receive a confirmation email from Zoom with a unique login link for the event. Save this email to use on the day of the webcast. Zoom will also send reminder emails a week, a day, and an hour before the event. If you haven't received these, contact raps@raps.org or webcasts@raps.org.
On the day, click the "Click Here to Join" link. You may be put in a waiting room until the webcast starts.
- Workshops
You'll receive a welcome email from RAPS with Zoom meeting details a week before the event. If you didn't get this email, contact workshops@raps.org or raps@raps.org.
On the day, click the Zoom link in the email. Like with webcasts, you may be placed in a waiting room until the workshop starts.

On-Demand Access
All registrants have access to the on-demand recording and handouts for up to one year. Please allow at least 48 hours after the event to access the recording from your account in the RAPS Learning Portal.
Completion Code
This 15-character code verifies your attendance for RAC credit. The Completion Code is provided by RAPS staff before the end of the event. It will also be included in the Thank You email you’ll receive 24 hours after the event.
Login to the RAPS Learning Portal and enter the code on the homepage.
Certificate of Completion
After submitting the completion code, go to your transcript to view the Certificate of Completion and RAC credit(s) you earned.
