RAPS maintains accounts for users who make purchases, members, and for people who conduct business with RAPS. We request that you maintain your contact information in your account profile so that you do not miss important communications, confirmations, and receipts from us.
Accessing Your Profile:
- Login to RAPS.org.
- Once you are logged in, you will be redirected to your My RAPS dashboard.
- In the top section below your membership summary select Update details.
- From here you may update all your profile details including your name, address, employment, contact preferences, and personalization settings using the Save buttons after each section.
Profile Overview:
- On your profile overview page, you will see a snapshot of your profile information:
- If you have a current RAPS membership, you will see your member type listed. Those who are employees of Enterprise Members will see Receives Membership Benefits.
- If you are 60 days or less from your membership expiration date you will see a Renew button for easy access to renew your membership at the top of the My RAPS page.
Updating contact information:
- Select the Public Profile link on the Edit profile page.
- This form has all of the general profile information. Fill out missing information and click Publish at the end of the page.
- On this page you may update your basic bio data and a gravatar. From here you may add/update the following public information:
- Gravatar
- Title
- First/Last Name
- Honors
- Organization
- Primary Address
- Primary Phone Number
- Email Address
- Updating Websites/Social Media Links
- You can choose which fields are publicly available by toggling Show option
